We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your order was not the right fit for your gardening experience, please email us within 30 days of delivery to issue a return.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@crescentgarden.com or call us at 305-477-0024 with your order number for reference. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email to use on your package.

A 20% return fee will be deducted from your refund to help offset the cost of freight, handling, and restocking. This approach allows us to keep our everyday pricing as competitive as possible for all customers.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Once the product is received in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

When can I expect to see my refund?

Once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will credit the original form of payment within 5 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information.

What if my item was damaged?

We package our products with the utmost care and do our best to ensure that your order arrives to your door in a perfect condition. But sometimes, damages can occur during the shipping process.

Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery. If the products you purchased are damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange the return and replacement of the item.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We ship your order 24-48 hours after its placed. Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately to cancel.

Once an item has been processed in our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.

Can I return any Crescent Garden planter?

Orders for items that were not purchased on the Crescent Garden website cannot be returned here. However, contact us anytime for guidance on how to coordinate your return if purchased elsewhere.
