Crescent Garden Web Shop Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your order was not the right fit for your gardening experience, please email us within 30 days of delivery to issue a return.


How do I make a return?

In order to initiate a return, please email us at  or call us at 305-477-0024 with your order number for reference. We will then provide you with a prepaid return label via email to use on your package. The return will incur a 20% restock fee deduction from your refund.

Please note that item should be in its original packaging. Once product is received in good condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.


When can I expect to see my refund?

Once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will credit the original form of payment within 5 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information.


What if my item was damaged?

We package our products with the utmost care and do our best to ensure that your order arrives to your door in a perfect condition. But sometimes, damages can occur during the shipping process.

Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery. If the products you purchased are damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange the return and replacement of the item.


What if I want to cancel my order?

We ship your order 24-48 hours after its placed. Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please contact our Customer care team immediately to cancel.

Once an item has been processed in our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.


Can I return any Crescent Garden planter?

Orders for items that were not purchased on the Crescent Garden website cannot be returned here. However, reach out to us anytime for guidance on how to coordinate your return if purchased elsewhere. Email at or call us at 305-477-0024.
