Our goal is to provide our customers with a smooth and fast delivery so you can get ready to grow in no time!

How much is shipping to USA and Canada?

Shipping is free for orders over USD 49. Orders below USD 49 will incur a USD 14.99 shipping fee.

When will my order ship out?

Once you place your order our team will start processing immediately. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on national or local holidays.

How long is delivery within Continental USA?

Delivery within the continental United States is between 4-10 working days.

How long is delivery to Canada?

Shipping to Canada may take 5-10 days for delivery.

When do I receive the tracking number?

You will receive shipment confirmation with tracking number as soon as the order ships from our warehouse.

What is the Ship Method used?

We use premium carriers, like FedEx and UPS, to ship most orders. However, depending on the order size, we may also use freight delivery services. Read more about Oversized Shipping here.

Do you offer Expedited shipping?

No, we do not.

Changes to Ship Address?

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  If you need to make a change to a shipping/delivery address, contact customerservice@crescentgarden.com immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only shipping within continental US and Canada. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
